Welcome to the 21 Degrees Website ("we," "us," "our," or "21 Degrees"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, membership services, and related offerings (collectively the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a Doorkey Membership.
- By signing up, you confirm the details you provide are true, accurate, and up to date.
3. Membership & Payment Terms
3.1 Membership Activation
When you purchase an event ticket through our Fatsoma, you will be required to activate a 21 Degrees Doorkey Membership.
The Doorkey Membership links directly to your event ticket and unlocks your full 21 Degrees experience, including:
- Exclusive discounts and partner offers
- Access to 21 Degrees events
- Enhanced event-day benefits: No Late Fees, Fast Tracked Entry
3.2 Free Period
- You will not be charged at the point of activation.
- Your first payment will be taken automatically on 03 November 2025.
3.3 Recurring Payments
- After 03 November 2025, your chosen payment method will be charged monthly in advance at £9.99 per month.
- Payments will be collected on the same date each month thereafter.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice by email or website notification.
3.4 Payment Methods
- Payments are processed via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and our other secure gateways.
- You authorise us to store and charge your selected payment method.
- If a payment fails, we may retry, and you remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Cancellation
- You may cancel your membership at any time via your online Stripe dashboard with us.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
4.2 Event Tickets
Event ticket purchases linked to your membership are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the event is cancelled/rescheduled.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Do not share your membership login/mobile wallet pass with others.
- Present a valid membership (e.g., mobile wallet pass) when redeeming discounts or collecting event wristbands.
- Misuse of membership may result in termination without refund.
6. Our Responsibilities
We will use reasonable skill and care to provide Services as described.
We are not liable for:
- Interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues beyond our control
- Damages from our business partners outside of our control.
7. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms, including misuse of benefits or fraudulent activity.
9. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law (UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
